This project by Groupe Millet, a leading industrial carpentry company, forms part of an ambitious plan to significantly expand its warehouse near Bressuire, France. The structure of the new building with an area of 1,800 m² (19,375 ft²), called Extension M2, is primarily intended to enhance the company's operating capacities. GH Hervouet designed, manufactured, and assembled the steel frame, as well as the roofing and cladding components.
The building has a floor area of about 5,812 ft² and is intended for storage. The complex is divided into 10 different units, with common access from the inner courtyard, each equipped with a mezzanine for storing goods or equipment.

The new building of the trading company has in-house production, supplying upscale restaurants and hotels. It includes one of the world's largest continuous cross-laminated timber panels, with a total area of about 6,996 square feet.
The Fondation Avicenne, formerly known as the Maison de l'Iran, created in the 1960s, is a building of the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris (CIUP) which now shelters many houses where students from all around the world are accommodated in an outstanding landscaped environment. JCR Estructural designed this residential building located in the city of Los Mochis, in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. The house is divided into two areas: the main area where the residential spaces are, and an independent area in the garden, for recreational use.

The buildings, constructed with 52,972 ft3 of zinc-coated wood, are both an architectural masterpiece and an innovative achievement to inspire housing sustainability for the next decade.
CIMU - ILE DE SEGUIN is part of the "La Seine Musicale" cultural center on Seguin Island (Ile Seguin) in Boulogne-Billancourt, a suburb of Paris. The CIMU houses a concert hall that can seat up to 1,150 people. The round facade includes exterior glass cladding.

The construction project on the premises near Düsseldorf covers approximately a length of 722 ft and a width of 394 ft. It includes various connecting bridges to the existing premises, a three-aisle production hall with outbuildings, and a 328-foot-long and 99-foot-high high-rack warehouse, which was constructed in slipform paving technology.
The theater, built in 1911-1913, has a varied history. The building was destroyed by Allied air attacks in February 1945, reconstructed in the postwar years, and damaged by floods in August 2002. Within an 18‑week break, the Dresden theater was extensively renovated and modernized.
