In the Surface Reinforcement tab, you can specify the reinforcement of the surface that is applied during the design.
List of Surface Reinforcements
Using this table, you assign one or more reinforcements to the surface. If you have already defined the surface reinforcement types, you can select the corresponding type from the list. Use the
button to create a new reinforcement type (see the image

); you can edit the entry selected in the list using the
button. Click the
button to delete the selected line and to remove the reinforcement from the list.
The list provides you with the option to define several surface reinforcements for one surface. This allows you to combine basic reinforcement, allowances, and areas with increased reinforcement. The program adds the individual rebar cross-sections at the corresponding locations to a gross cross-section, and uses it for the design.
